Baltimore City Recreation & Parks had an incredible year in 2025! From exciting programs to brand-new facilities, there were so many highlights that made us proud. While it was tough to choose, we narrowed it down to our Top 25 moments, the programs and events that brought the biggest smiles to Baltimore City residents, especially our kids.
