Did you know ... Moles are not blind ... ? Even though their eyes are small and often hidden by fur, they can see light and dark. They have strong sensory prowess as they rely heavily on their sense of smell and touch. This they do by using the sensitive hairs on their snout and whiskers. Moles are not rodents, but insectivores and primarily eat earthworms and insects.
