This is how I found out that I have hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (minus learning about all of my hEDS comorbidities that ultimately aided my geneticist in verifying my official hEDS diagnosis). In 2021, I received my official hEDS diagnosis when I was 32 years old - even though, my symptoms started appearing in early childhood.
