Take the 108" by 54" tablecloths from Walmart that are $1 and open it up half way hot dog style. I used thin yarn and cut it to the length I needed for my garland to hang and taped 1 end to the floor. Then I slid the table cloth (still folded) under the string and lined it up so that it was halfway and taped t
