Making your own tomato powder is so easy! All you need is a pack of dry packed sun-dried tomatoes and your oven. I'm using this in my tomato basil sourdough bread recipe (that comes out this week!) but it can also be used in so many other things like soups, sauces, and spice rubs. Spread out the sun-dried tomatoes on a parchment-lined sheet tray and bake in the oven at 200°F until it's completely dried out.
