There’s nothing like a bit of cow jenga for a Sunday morning 🐮 With the change in the weather, it’s all change. The fields are getting too wet for calving in, so the near drys are heading back into the sheds. But the good news is the grass is growing (HOORAY!) so the far off drys (the cows not being milked, they’re on their maternity holiday before calving later next month or so) are heading back out into the field. This should save us some silage to use over winter, as it’s going to be pretty
