The Honolulu Police Department’s Law Enforcement Explorer Program (LEEP) is now recruiting. The LEEP is a comprehensive program with a focus on training, competition, community service, and practical experiences. The program provides opportinitunities to improve on public speaking, working as a team to accomplish a goal, and making friendships that can last a lifetime. 🌟 Welcome to the 218th Recruit Class! The Honolulu Police Department welcomes its largest recruit class since 2021. The 218th Recruit Class consists of 36 recruits, made up of 28 men and 8 women.
