🚒🚔Teamwork with @phoenixpolice and quick thinking by the crew from Phoenix Fire Department Station 35 A shift led to the rescue of a motorcyclist who was pinned under a car with severe lower body injuries back in June. This week the police sergeant who was first on scene and the fire crew were able to reunite with the young man who surprised them when he walked in to the room to thank them for their heroism and quick actions in freeing him from the vehicle and transporting him to the hospital.

🇺🇸September 11th is a day that affected the lives of all Americans. For some of Phoenix Fire Departments newest firefighters who graduated from the academy last week, the impact it had on their young hearts and minds led them to a life of serving and helping others. We honor and remember all the lives lost 24 years ago today. Today and everyday we thank all of the members of the Phoenix Fire Department for their commitment and dedication to the residents of the City of Phoenix and the valley.
