The BEST MAC & CHEESE This is my way of making Mac and Cheese and it turned out aaaaamazing! Today I broke my record and fed 230 students plus had left overs so I fed over 250 with this recipe. What I used: 20lb elbow pasta 10lb medium cheddar cheese 10lb Monetary Jack cheese 64oz Velveta Cheese 2 gallons of milk 2- half gallon heavy cream 6 Tbsp chicken bouillon 6 Tbsp salt 4 Tosp garlic powder 4 Tbsp smoked paprika 4 Tbsp ground mustard 4 Tbsp Dijon mustard 6 box's (10lb) Tyson popcorn chicken
