Michael McDonald and The Doobie Brothers perform their 1980 Grammy award winning song, “What a Fool Believes” LIVE on PBS Soundstage in May of 2003. I know, before you jump in the comments, Michael McDonald and Kenny Loggins both composed and wrote “What a Fool Believes,” with Loggins releasing his version first, but McDonald’s composition with The Doobie Brothers ultimately winning the song and almost it’s album (Minute by Minute) a Grammy.
