Aug 2, 2024 · Snakes love bird eggs when they can find them. I think they can sniff them out like a bird dog when it winds a grouse. The old school method for catching snakes in the yard is a crawdad trap with a chicken egg in it. Snake goes inside, swallows the egg and can’t get out again until the egg is digested.

Jun 3, 2023 · Coral Snakes are tropical in nature like florida and west into Texas/Arizona and don’t live in northern latitudes. If ya see something that looks like a Coral in the north, it’s most likely a Corn Snake, maybe some kind of King Snake that tolerates cooler temps.
