Ted Scott, who’s served as Scheffler’s caddie since late 2021, missed the final round of the FedEx Cup St. Jude Championship due to a personal matter, an absence that extended to last week’s BMW Championship. However, according to PGA Tour writer Paul Hodowanic, Scott will serve as Scheffler’s loop in the season finale at East Lake this week.

Ted Scott will return to caddie for world No. 1 Scottie Scheffler at the TOUR Championship for the FedExCup finale at East Lake Golf Club in Atlanta.

This will be the first time Cromie has caddied for Scheffler, but the pre-tournament time together should be beneficial — at least relative to an unexpected fill-in. Scheffler was never won a PGA Tour event without Scott as his caddie.
