Northwestern carries major momentum into clash at Nebraska
Northwestern looks to continue its four-game winning streak when it heads to Nebraska for a Big Ten clash on Saturday in Lincoln. The Wildcats (5-2, 3-1) blanked Purdue 19-0 at home last Saturday for their first shutout since a 39-0 win against Minnesota in 2017.
The Oct. 25 contest is set for an 11 a.m. start, the Big Ten Conference announced Sunday. The game will be televised nationally on FS1, marking the Huskers’ third appearance on the network this season. Fans can also stream the matchup on the Fox Sports and Fox Now apps, with radio coverage provided by the Huskers Radio Network.
Nebraska returned to the practice field this week intent on correcting the mistakes that led to its loss at Minnesota, with accountability being a key theme.
The broadcast network and kickoff time will be determined following the conclusion of games on Saturday, Oct. 18.
