The National Weather Service has confirmed four tornadoes touched down in southern Eau Claire county in this week’s storms. These hit the areas around Mondovi, Augusta and Foster, with much of the damage appearing to be fallen trees over roadways and in yards,

Another tornado with at least EF-1 damage occurred south and east of Augusta.
