In a statement of claim filed before the Supreme Court of Victoria, the plaintiffs allege Melbourne Royal and Chants Amusements failed to prevent Rodden from accessing the tracks of the rollercoaster.

Siblings Chloe, 28, Jordan, 31, and Paige Loone, 32, have joined Jordan’s partner Alexandra Petterd, 29, in suing The Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria and Chant Amusements over the incident.
