Several major U.S. airports are refusing to display a controversial Department of Homeland Security video that features Kristi Noem blaming congressional Democrats for the ongoing government shutdown.

Other airports declining to show the Noem video say they believe it is a violation of the Hatch Act, a 1939 law that limits partisan activities by federal employees.
