Rush will play its first area concert in more than 10 years when the Canadian rock band performs at Little Caesars Arena on Aug. 26, the band's reps announced Monday. A Detroit man apparently had been drinking before he fell from a dock and into Lake St. Clair, where he drowned, New Baltimore police said Monday.
