A goalie fight was teased during Thursday’s matchup between the Anaheim Ducks and Carolina Hurricanes at Honda Center.
During the matchup, Jeannot got into his first fight as a member of the Bruins, as he dropped the gloves with Ducks enforcer Ross Johnston. While Johnston is undoubtedly known for being tough as well, Jeannot handled himself nicely in the scrap.
Jeff Skinner’s goal with 14:26 left in regulation time gave the Sharks a 6-4 lead at the 5:34 mark of the third period. But San Jose continued to play loose, carefree hockey, and allowed three unanswered goals for their second straight heartbreaking loss.
