If the Generic Bluetooth driver is missing from Device Manager in Windows 11/10, then use the solutions mentioned here to resolve the issue.

This is the same as the Bluetooth feature. If your computer has a malfunctioning Bluetooth driver, but you want to use another Bluetooth adapter, you have to install the replacement driver.
