Click on “Additional power settings” and then “Change plan settings.” Click on “Change advanced power settings” and review the settings, particularly the sleep and wake timers.
Then, go to "Change advanced power settings", expand the Sleep category, and set "Allow wake timers" to "Disabled for both Battery and Plugged In". Click "Apply," then "OK" to confirm the changes.
Of course, Windows 11 does have advanced power settings that help in this regard, but you'd need to fiddle around in the old control panel to find them.
Go to Power Settings, and click Change Advanced Power Settings for the current plan. Under Sleep > Allow wake timers and choose to disable it. You can do it for both On Battery and Plugged In states.
Press Win + I to open the Settings app and head to Power & Sleep > Additional power settings. Click on "Change plan settings." Click the "Change advanced power settings" option.
