ATLANTA — An Atlanta man attending the FIFA Club World Cup 2025 game on Tuesday was celebrated as their two millionth fan. Francisco Mendoza was selected as the two millionth fan while attending the tournament’s round of 16 match at Mercedes-Benz Stadium as CF Monterrey and Borussia Dortmund played for a spot in the quarter-finals.

FIFA Club World Cup Quarterfinals have arrived, there is certain to be a non-UEFA semifinalist as Brazil’s Fluminense faces Saudi Arabia’s Al Hilal, while the bottom half of the bracket features some of Europe’s biggest teams including Champions League winners PSG looking to continue their success.

Prices for the quarter-finals are cheaper than had been showing for any group stage game before the start of the competition.
