Routers function as transparent proxy servers. In order to set up a Linksys router to function properly in this capacity, you must first access its administration panel.
Enable Use Custom Proxy. Choose SOCKS5 and enter your proxy details — IP, port, username, and password. Click Save, and Telegram will reconnect using the proxy server.
