The status of Kansas City Chiefs rookie left tackle Josh Simmons remains unclear. As of last Friday, Simmons was expected to play in Week 6 against the Detroit Lions. But on Sunday, around 2 p.m. Central, the team — citing the “personal” designation — announced he was questionable. Three hours later, Simmons was downgraded to out.
