“Even very friendly, well-adjusted cats can be overlooked," the shelter told Newsweek.

"In the clip, we are walking her on a fence, which she climbed up on all by herself," Noca the cat's owner told Newsweek.

Owners say they train their cats to walk on a lead because letting them outside alone is dangerous.
