The NFL is looking to set a record when the Chicago Bears take on the Philadelphia Eagles on Black Friday. The league announced Wednesday that fans who want to watch the contest — which will stream on Prime Video — will not need a subscription to view the game.
In a press release, the NFL announced the game will be available in over 240 countries and territories around the world, with no Prime Video subscription required. The streaming service, which began carrying NFL games in 2022, is presenting this event globally for the first time.
The Bears registered their fourth straight victory Sunday, generating four takeaways and rushing for a season-high 222 yards and two touchdowns in an impressive 26-14 win over the Saints at Soldier Field.
Bears running back D'Andre Swift practiced for the second straight day on Friday, but his status for Sunday's game against the Ravens won't be set in stone until closer to kickoff.
In 2018, the Bears were in their first year under head coach Matt Nagy and went on to finish the regular season 12-4, winning the NFC North. Unfortunately, the great run for Chicago ended quickly as they lost to the Philadelphia Eagles on the infamous Double Doink missed field goal by Cody Parkey in the wild-card round.
Cincinnati should be able to dictate the pace and tone of the game in multiple ways on this side of the ball. Baylor allows 31.4 PPG (118th nationally) and is just as bad in the underlying analytics. The Bears rank 82nd in EPA/rush allowed, 91st in EPA/dropback allowed, and 119th in dropback success rate allowed.
