Two of the hottest teams in the WNBA will face off when the Atlanta Dream play at the Las Vegas Aces today in a matchup with playoff significance.

For four quarters, the Dream outmuscled and outworked the Valkyries in what became a 79-63 loss for the expansion team. Golden State dropped to 18-16 with the defeat and had their four-game winning streak snapped. Atlanta scored 38 points in the paint and were out-rebounded 38-27.

The Storm beat the Dream 80-78 in front of an "electric" Rogers Arena crowd for the WNBA's first regular-season game outside the United States.
