WOOSTER, Ohio (WJW) – A lottery player in Wooster won the top prize on Ohio Lottery scratch-off, Ohio Millionaire’s Club. While the top prize is $1 million, the win doesn’t make him a millionaire.
On the All-OCC volleyball list, Lexington's Ava Brown, Tatum Stover and Bella Temple were the only first team honorees from Richland County.
