His father, Jordan Halter, played offensive line for Notre Dame from 1989 to 93. That means that he saw some of the best football in the program’s history, playing for legendary head coach Lou Holtz. He now has a chance to watch his son play in the Blue and Gold, which has to be an incredibly rewarding feeling.
