At the end of the Nintendo Direct, we got our answer for that first question: Kirby Air Riders is coming to the Nintendo Switch 2 on November 20th. For those in America, that's the week before Thanksgiving; it appears that the sequel to Kirby Air Ride is, inexplicably, Nintendo's big holiday release this year.

Nintendo has wrapped up its Direct presentation for Kirby Air Riders and has subsequently revealed the official box art for the title on Switch 2.

The Kirby Air Riders Direct will stream live on Aug. 19, starting at 9 a.m. EDT/6 a.m. PDT. Though its 45-minute length may seem unusual, it's because game director Masahiro Sakurai himself will be present to give Kirby fans an in-depth clinic on what Air Riders is bringing to the table, gameplay-wise.
