When winter comes and the snow is here enjoy the convenience of a shuttle that runs right by the driveway to take you to either stagecoach's or boulder's lifts which are a minute away. If you need skis and other equipment, its only a 10 min ride down the mountain to all the stores plus the casinos and restaurants. Also enjoy the community hot tub and pool which is a few minutes walking or a minute by car.
